All custom design services include up to 3 revision rounds to ensure you're completely satisfied.
Extra revision or rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss your timeline requirements.
A brand design subscription is a monthly or yearly service for businesses that need ongoing design support.
Instead of paying per project, you receive consistent, professional design each month.
Best for: startups, entrepreneurs, and growing brands.

Each Custom design projects typically take 2-7 business days, depending on complexity and revision rounds.

Yes. We work digitally with clients in the Netherlands, the Caribbean (Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao), and worldwide.
Note
Due to the digital nature of our services and products, refunds are not available once delivery has started.

Digital Product Refund Policy
Ready-made designs:
Because digital downloads are available instantly, we do not offer refunds for files already delivered.
Custom design services:
Cancellations are only accepted before we begin design work.
After work has begun, only partial refunds are possible.
Technical Errors:
If a file is damaged or won't open, we will replace it free of charge.

Terms & Conditions
General Terms & Conditions – Neth Network
1. General
These terms apply to all ready-made designs, services, and agreements between Neth Network (“the entrepreneur”) and the customer.
By placing an order, the customer confirms agreement with these terms.
2. Ready-made designs and Services
Neth Network provides ready-made designs, design subscription and custom design services. All deliveries are digital and made available after payment.
3. Orders & Delivery
- Ready-made Designs: available for instant download.
- Design services: delivered within the agreed timeframe (usually 24–72 hours).
- Rush delivery: available for an additional fee.
4. Payment
All payments are processed through the webshop.
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
Ready-made designs are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
Design Services orders can only be refunded before design work has started.
6. Copyright
All designs remain the property of Neth Network until full payment has been received.
Ready-made designs may not be resold or redistributed.
7. Liability
Neth Network is not liable for misuse of products, third-party technical issues, or printing errors outside of our control.
8. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after delivery to contact@nethnetwork.com.
We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy.
Neth Network only processes personal data necessary for completing orders and communicating with customers.
Data we collect:
- Name, email address, order details
- Payment and billing information (secured through Shopify/Revolut)
- Optional: project information for ready-made designs
Purpose of processing:
- Order processing
- Customer Service
- Invoicing and administration
- Newsletters (only with consent)
Retention period:
Personal data is stored only as long as needed for administrative purposes.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time via contact@nethnetwork.com.
