Due to the nature of digital and custom services, all sales are final.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and custom services, all sales are final.
Services

Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted before work has started.
Once a project has begun, refunds are no longer possible.
Partial Refunds
In specific cases, a partial refund may be considered if a project is cancelled at an early stage. This is evaluated based on the work already completed.
Revisions
All services include revision rounds to ensure the final result meets your expectations.
Technical Issues
If any delivered files are damaged, missing, or not accessible, we will replace or resend them at no additional cost.

General Terms & Conditions – Neth Network
- General
These terms apply to all services and agreements between NethNetwork (“the business”) and the client.
By requesting or purchasing a service, the client confirms agreement with these terms. - Services
NethNetwork provides branding, website setup, customer flow optimization, and social media design services tailored for restaurants and bakeries.
All services are digital and custom-made based on the client’s needs. - Orders & Delivery
Projects begin after payment or deposit has been received.
Delivery timelines depend on the selected service:
- Branding Upgrade: 5–10 days
- Website Setup: 5–10 days
- Social Media Bundle: 3–5 days
- Customer Flow Setup: 3–5 days
- Growth Package: 7–14 days
- Full System: 14–21 days
Note
Delays in communication or missing content may affect delivery time.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
- Payment
All payments are processed through the webshop or agreed payment method.
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
A deposit or full payment is required before work begins. - Cancellation & Refunds
Projects may be cancelled before work has started.
Once work has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
Due to the nature of digital and custom services, all sales are final and non-refundable after project start.
- Revisions
All services include a limited number of revision rounds as specified in the service description.
Additional revisions may be requested for an extra fee. - Copyright & Usage
All designs and deliverables remain the property of NethNetwork until full payment has been received.
After full payment, the client receives the right to use the final deliverables for their business.
Neth Network reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
- Liability
Neth Network is not liable for third-party issues, platform limitations, or errors outside of our control (e.g. hosting, Shopify, social media platforms, or printing). - Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after delivery to contact@nethnetwork.com.
We aim to respond within 48 hours and resolve issues professionally. - Agreement
By proceeding with a service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy.
Neth Network only processes personal data necessary for completing orders and communicating with customers.
Data we collect:
- Name, email address, order details
- Payment and billing information (secured through Shopify/Revolut)
- Optional: project information for ready-made designs
Purpose of processing:
- Order processing
- Customer Service
- Invoicing and administration
- Newsletters (only with consent)
Retention period:
Personal data is stored only as long as needed for administrative purposes.
