All branding and design services include up to 2 revision rounds to ensure the final result meets your expectations.

All social media templates are editable, allowing you to customize content, colors, and text as needed.

Extra revision or rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss your timeline requirements.

Project timelines depend on the selected service and the responsiveness of the client.

Typical timelines:

  • Branding Upgrade: 5–10 days
  • Website Setup: 5–10 days
  • Social Media Bundle: 3–5 days
  • Customer Flow Setup: 3–5 days
  • Growth Package: 7–14 days
  • Full System: 14–21 days

Delays in communication or missing content may extend the timeline.


Do you offer revisions?

Yes, all services include revision rounds to ensure the final result meets your expectations.

Branding and design services include up to 2 revision rounds.

Additional revisions are available for an extra fee.

Projects may be cancelled before work has started.

Once a project has begun, cancellation is no longer possible due to the custom nature of our services.

Due to the nature of digital and custom services, all sales are final.

We work closely with clients and include revision rounds to ensure satisfaction with the final result.

At this stage, we focus on setup and delivery.

However, additional support or updates may be requested separately based on your needs.

What are your terms of service?

All projects require a deposit or full payment before work begins.

Right of Withdrawa: If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of placing your order, without giving any reason.

Exemption — Digital Products: In accordance with Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products (templates, design files, downloads) once delivery has begun with your express consent. This consent is confirmed at checkout.

Exemption — Custom Design Services: The right of withdrawal expires once a custom service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.

Refund Process: Valid withdrawal requests submitted within 14 days, where no digital content has been delivered or accessed, will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, digital products, and orders placed through nethnetwork.com. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms.

3. Services & Products

Neth Network offers premium design services and digital products including branding, marketing design, website design, social media templates, invitations, and print design. Products are delivered digitally unless stated otherwise.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT. Full payment or a deposit is required before work begins. Deliverables remain the property of Neth Network until full payment is received.

5. Delivery & Fulfillment

Digital products are delivered via email or download link within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Custom design services are delivered within the timeline agreed upon at the start of the project. Neth Network is not responsible for delays caused by missing client content or communication.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of placing your order, without giving any reason.

Exemption for digital content: In accordance with Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products (downloads, templates, digital files) once you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon delivery. This consent is obtained at checkout.

For custom design services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email upon submission.

7. Refunds

If a valid withdrawal is submitted within the 14-day period and no digital content has been delivered or accessed, a full refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal declaration. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, and deliverables created by Neth Network remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, usage rights are transferred to the client as agreed in the project brief.

9. Liability

Neth Network is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or digital products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy.
Neth Network only processes personal data necessary for completing orders and communicating with customers.

Data we collect:

  • Payment and billing information (secured through Shopify/Revolut)
  • Optional: project information for ready-made designs

Retention period:
