These Terms & Conditions apply to services and digital products purchased from Neth Network through https://nethnetwork.com.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to your purchase. Before completing an order, please review the service description, price, payment schedule, delivery information, and any additional agreement applicable to your selected service.
1. Company Information
Business name: Neth Network
Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 98945246
VAT number: NL005365729B59
Email: contact@nethnetwork.com
Website: https://nethnetwork.com
2. Scope and Applicability
Neth Network provides website setup, website maintenance, branding, graphic design, digital products, and related digital services.
These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed through our website unless a separate written agreement provides additional terms for a specific project. If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these general terms, the specific agreement will apply to that project to the extent permitted by law.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
3. Orders and Service Agreements
Customers may purchase an available service or digital product through our website.
For custom projects, Neth Network may request additional information, content, approvals, or a project brief before work begins. A separate quotation or service agreement may be required where the scope of work is not fully defined on the product page.
An order does not include work, features, revisions, or ongoing support that are not expressly included in the selected service or agreed in writing.
4. Professional Website Setup
Neth Network offers professional website setup services according to the scope and deliverables described on the relevant product page and, where applicable, in the project agreement.
4.1 Payment options
Customers may choose one of the following options when offered at checkout:
Option A — One-time payment: €780
The customer pays €780 once for the agreed website setup service.
Option B — Six monthly installments of €130
The customer pays €130 per month for six monthly payments, for a total of €780. This is a fixed-term installment arrangement for the website setup service, not an ongoing maintenance subscription.
The first payment is charged when the order is placed, unless the checkout or written agreement states otherwise. The remaining installments are charged according to the agreed monthly schedule.
4.2 Project scope and delivery
The agreed project scope, deliverables, timeline, included revisions, and customer responsibilities will be specified on the product page, in a quotation, or in the project agreement.
Estimated delivery times may depend on the complexity of the project and how promptly the customer supplies content, access, feedback, and approvals.
Requests for additional pages, major design changes, extra revisions, custom functionality, integrations, or other work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Any additional charge must be agreed with the customer before the additional work is undertaken.
4.3 Installment payments and project cancellation
The six-installment option is intended to pay for the agreed website setup project over six monthly payments.
If a project is canceled, the parties' respective obligations will be determined by the project agreement and applicable law, including any applicable withdrawal rights. Neth Network will not treat all remaining installments as automatically payable solely because a customer requests cancellation unless that obligation is legally enforceable and has been properly agreed.
Nothing in this section limits a customer's mandatory statutory rights.
4.4 Ownership and usage rights
Ownership, intellectual property rights, licenses, and usage rights for website deliverables will be set out in the project agreement or applicable product terms.
Where the agreement provides that usage rights transfer after full payment, that transfer will take place subject to the agreed terms and applicable law. Third-party themes, applications, software, fonts, images, and other licensed materials may remain subject to their own license terms.
5. Website Maintenance & Website Care
Neth Network offers ongoing website maintenance and support through the Website Maintenance & Website Care service.
The selected plan determines the price, billing interval, service scope, and support level. Customers should review the specific product description before purchasing.
5.1 Available plans
A. One-Time Website Maintenance — €125
A one-time payment of €125 for the agreed maintenance service during the service period specified or confirmed with the customer.
This option does not renew automatically. The applicable service period and included work must be agreed before the service begins.
B. Biweekly Website Care — €50 every two weeks
A recurring maintenance subscription billed at €50 every two weeks.
The subscription renews automatically at the selected interval until canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms. There may be 26 scheduled payments over a full year.
The precise tasks, content-change allowance, and support level for this plan are those stated on the product page or confirmed in writing. Customers should not assume that this plan includes all services provided under the €125 or €200 monthly plans.
C. Basic Website Care — €125 per month
The Basic plan includes, subject to the published service scope:
- Platform updates.
- Security and functionality checks.
- Minor technical fixes.
- Up to two minor content changes per month.
- Basic email or WhatsApp support, with a target response time of 24–48 hours.
The plan renews automatically every month until canceled in accordance with the applicable terms.

- Up to five content changes per month.
- Product and listing updates.
- Basic SEO adjustments.
- Priority support, with a target response time within 24 hours.
The plan renews automatically every month until canceled in accordance with the applicable terms.
Support response times are targets for responding to support requests, not guarantees that every technical issue will be resolved within that period.
5.2 Scope exclusions
Unless expressly included in the selected plan or agreed separately in writing, maintenance services do not include:
- Creating new website pages.
- Major design, layout, or structural changes.
- Marketing campaigns or ongoing SEO campaigns.
- Extensive content writing or content creation.
- Custom development or advanced integrations.
- Third-party software, application, hosting, domain, or other external costs.
- Substantial repairs or emergency work outside the selected plan's scope.
If a request falls outside the selected plan, Neth Network may provide a separate quotation. Additional work will only be undertaken subject to the customer's agreement.
5.3 Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide the information, access, materials, and approvals reasonably necessary for the maintenance service.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate access to their website and for paying third-party fees not included in their plan. Delays caused by missing access, approvals, content, or third-party services may affect the time required to complete work.
6. Subscription Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation
6.1 Recurring payments
Recurring maintenance plans are billed at the interval displayed at checkout:
- €50 every two weeks.
- €125 per month.
- €200 per month.
The amount and billing frequency must be clearly displayed before the customer places an order.
Recurring payments continue automatically until the subscription is canceled, subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed at purchase. The customer authorizes the recurring charges associated with the selected plan by completing the subscription purchase.
6.2 Cancellation procedure
Customers may cancel their maintenance subscription using the cancellation method made available by Neth Network or the relevant Shopify subscription-management facility, or by contacting contact@nethnetwork.com.
The cancellation confirmation should identify the effective cancellation date and whether any further payment is due. Cancellation will take effect in accordance with the applicable terms and mandatory law.
Neth Network will not impose a cancellation fee or require additional payments unless the charge or obligation is permitted by law and was properly disclosed and agreed.
6.3 Cancellation of the one-time service
The one-time €125 maintenance option does not renew automatically. Any request to cancel after the service has begun will be handled under the agreed service terms and applicable statutory rights.
6.4 No waiver of statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes any mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal, refund, or cancellation rights.
7. Service Availability and Third-Party Providers
Website maintenance may depend on Shopify, hosting providers, website themes, applications, plugins, domain registrars, and other third-party services.
Neth Network cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services or that every technical issue, outage, security incident, or compatibility problem can be prevented.
Where an issue falls within the selected plan's scope, Neth Network will take reasonable steps to investigate and provide the agreed assistance.
8. Digital Products and Delivery
Digital products are delivered by download, email, or another delivery method stated on the relevant product page.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may depend on payment confirmation, availability of customer information, or the nature of the product or service.
Any applicable statutory rights relating to defective, incorrectly supplied, or undelivered products remain unaffected.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Where a customer qualifies as a consumer, statutory withdrawal rights under applicable Dutch and EU law apply.
For eligible distance contracts, the consumer generally has a 14-day withdrawal period. The start of that period and the applicable rules depend on the type of contract and the circumstances of the purchase.
9.1 Services started during the withdrawal period
Where legally required, a consumer who requests that a service begin during the withdrawal period must provide the necessary express request or consent and acknowledgment.
If the consumer withdraws after the service has started, a proportionate amount for services already supplied may be payable only where the applicable legal conditions are satisfied.
For services that have been fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost only where the legal requirements are met, including the required prior express consent and acknowledgment.
9.2 Digital content
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost after supply begins only if the applicable statutory requirements are satisfied. These may include prior express consent to begin supply during the withdrawal period and acknowledgment of the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal.
A general acceptance of these Terms & Conditions does not replace any separate consent or acknowledgment required by law.
9.3 How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Eligible consumers may submit a withdrawal request using the withdrawal form available at:
https://nethnetwork.com/pages/eu-withdrawal-form
Alternatively, consumers may contact contact@nethnetwork.com with a clear statement of their decision to withdraw and sufficient information to identify the order.
Where a withdrawal is valid, any refund due will be processed within the applicable statutory period and using the legally required or permitted payment method.
10. Refunds and Complaints
Refund requests will be assessed under the applicable product terms, service agreement, and statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes refunds or remedies required by law, including remedies for non-conforming or incorrectly supplied services or products.
Customers with a question or complaint should contact contact@nethnetwork.com and provide their order number and a description of the issue.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Neth Network retains rights in its pre-existing materials, methods, templates, and tools.
The customer's usage rights in project-specific deliverables will be governed by the relevant product description or project agreement. Where rights transfer after full payment, the transfer is subject to the agreed terms and applicable law.
Third-party materials may remain subject to third-party licensing terms.
12. Liability
Neth Network will perform its services with reasonable care and in accordance with the agreed scope.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Neth Network is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen, or for issues caused by third-party providers, customer actions, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited, including any mandatory consumer rights.
13. Privacy and Personal Data
Neth Network processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the website.
Customers should consult the Privacy Policy for information about the personal data collected, purposes of processing, retention, and applicable data-protection rights.
14. Changes to These Terms
Neth Network may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version applicable to an order will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the terms communicated to the customer at the time of purchase. A later change will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired by a customer.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to the customer.
Any dispute will be handled by a competent court in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any mandatory right to bring proceedings before a competent court.
